The GSC for advanced robotics is the result of the cooperation between Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa and OTO Melara S.p.A. , a collaboration convention aimed at the research in the field of mobile robotics and innovative materials.
OTO TRP1-B is a teleoperated UGV, fast, with a large load. Its modular and flexible architecture can interface sensors and carry a load up to 150 Kg. It is equiped with Viper, a 6-degree-of-freedom high dexterity electric manipulator realized by Kraft Telerobotics.
